Wayne R. G. by name, Energy by nature, Waynergy hails from Batlow, but now he is based in Albury and has become one of Kiewa Street Market’s most requested regular artists. So we’re excited to see him back in the tent on Sunday 13 January. Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, child of the 80s, teenager of the 90s, this artist of the 21st century draws on country, folk, rock, and easily listening in a repertoire that spans decades and cultures.

This singer, songwriter and acoustic guitarist recently won Henty Battle of the Bands, was the headline act at this year’s Henty Field Days — and she is still fourteen! You may know her from Albury Carols in 2017, or from her regular performances at Retro cafe open mic nights and Amici’s on Dean; but we know her as the dedicated trooper who braved the cold and dark to keep the markets jumping…

In late-breaking news, Kiewa Street Market is now able to announce that Banana Man (also known as Matt Eberhart) will be in town, and in our market, on the morning of Sunday 24 March. This singing comic banana (his words, not mine) will transform site A.1 into a riot that involves a ukelele, a looper machine, a karaoke machine,  a banana suit (of course), and audience participants of all ages.
